Missão

Estamos em busca de um(a) Project & Insights Manager com forte background em dados e domínio de SQL, para, como contribuidor individual (sem time), liderar projetos analíticos, de melhoria contínua de jornada e experiência. Este(a) profissional atuará como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade, alinhadas a prazos, escopo e valor estratégico.

Job Description What will be your day-to-day
  • Gerar ações e melhoria de processos nas diversas áreas externas a CS que impactam o volume de contatos.
  • Planejar, executar e monitorar projetos.
  • Coordenar times indiretos multidisciplinares (engenharia, BI, produto, negócios).
  • Garantir alinhamento com stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Gerenciar backlog, cronograma, escopo, riscos e recursos.
  • Analisar e interpretar dados utilizando SQL para apoiar decisões de projeto.
  • Garantir a documentação e boas práticas em gestão de projetos.
  • Conduzir reuniões de status e cobrar ações/atividades previamente alinhadas.
  • Promover melhoria contínua nos processos e nas entregas.
Requirements
  • Experiência comprovada como Project Manager (mínimo 3 anos).
  • Sólido conhecimento de SQL (consultas, joins, análise de dados).
  • Vivência em projetos de dados, BI ou analytics.
  • Excelente comunicação, organização e foco em resultado.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com times técnicos e não técnicos.
