And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.### **Technical Skills*** Proven experience with **IBM z/OS mainframe environments**.* Strong knowledge of **DASD** and **tape storage systems**.* Proficiency in tools such as **DFSMS**, **DFSMShsm**, **ISMF**, **IDCAMS**, and **Tivoli Storage Manager**.* Ability to write and troubleshoot **JCL (Job Control Language)** and automation scripts.* Understanding of **disaster recovery procedures**, **data replication**, and **performance tuning**.* Advanced English### ### **Soft Skills*** Strong attention to detail and risk awareness in critical environments.* Ability to work under pressure and handle production incidents.* Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.* Proactive mindset for identifying improvements and automation opportunities.### ### **Education & Certifications*** Bachelor’s degree* Preferred certifications (not a must have, but welcome): + **IBM Certified Specialist – Storage Technical Solutions** + **ITIL Foundation** + Other relevant industry credentials.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
