**Job Profile / Activities**:
- Use communication, negotiation and relationship skills as a sales liaison among dealers, customers and other Caterpillar personnel, to make plans and execution of sales, distribution and marketing, to drive action in order to achieve all Annual Business Plan targets Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions to generate sales leads, participation and closure of sales, making timely decisions related to business and dealer distribution management and developing greater communication skills internally and externally.
**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
**Experience**:2+ years of field experience working dealers and customers regarding Electric Power product sales, aftersales, rental, solutions and/or product support.
**Language**:Advanced English
**Travel**:Required up to 50%
**Behavioral skills**:Communication, organization, sales/marketing structured thinking, leadership skills, negotiation ability, demonstrated ability to work independently (with prioritized activities) and communicate effectively and work on increasingly more complex assignments and special projects related to sales and profitability growth; flexibility and ability to anticipate scenarios and propose creative solutions with analytical thinking.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
