If you know digital content strategy and have a passion for sports, then we need to talk. We're looking for a flexible and versatile online content specialist who will be responsible for the growth of our sports mediabrands through our several digital channels.
**About the role**
The Owned Content Specialist responsibilities include idealising, creating and distributing video content along all of Better Collective owned digital media channels, such as websites and social media, considering brand personas, target audience and channel idiosyncrasies.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience on the creative process as well as a solid experience in managing video producing teams.
Located in our office in São Paulo, you will be challenged to deliver rich, engaging and powerful digital content for our properties.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent branding through a wide range of online and offline sports media channels.
**Your main responsib**ilities**
- Help the group multimedia content strategy
- Define the best channels for each type of content
- Understand the different need for each of the brands and audiences
- Create an efficient distribution strategy to maximise engagement and conversion
- Help commercial teams to create valuable content products for sponsors
- Creative leading
- Define the topics and execution guidelines for all BC Owned Branded content in the region
- Create an all year long content calendar, including special sports events.
- Perform script writing along with video and editorial teams
- Create and execute BC Owned content special products
- Video and SoMe teams management
- Manage the content creation team, which includes editors, Social Media managers and content producers
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and maximise content engagement
- Provide data backed feedback on content performance and adequate future endeavors based on that data
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrable 4+ years of experience in content production and Social Media Management.
- Deep knowledge of the Sports industry in general.
- Strong Knowledge of the Social media strategy, tools and metrics
- Proven experience in video production.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, SemRush, WebTrends).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
