**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the anime/manga, comic books, cartoons, 3D animation, and gaming content operation in-app, assuring good post quality (whether video, picture, or text), content consumption, user retention, and interactions.
- Monitor daily the in-app content's quality, as well as following and promoting latest trends and news so they become discussion topics amongst interest-based communities.
- Analyze content performance and quality to optimize strategy and guide users so they explore all the app's features.
- Responsible for the maintenance and retention strategy of content creators and influencers specialized in anime/manga, comic books, cartoons, 3D animation, and gaming.
- Manage official accounts related to the content categories and their communities.
- Promote the categories' content through push notifications and be responsible for quality and CTR result.
- Plan and execute campaigns and activities based on local festivals or events to engage interest-based communities and creators.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required; bilingual proficiency in Portuguese & English is a must.
- Passionate about anime/manga, comic books, cartoons, 3D animation, and gaming, with good understanding of the habits and lifestyles of teen/young adult fans in the Brazilian market
- Solid understanding of general social media platforms, ability to data analysis identify user demand; have the ability to follow and predict hot spots for Brazilian market; heavy user of popular social media APP are preferred.
- Innovative, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, and ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Be flexible to morning and night shift, as well as weekend and holiday duty schedule.
