You will lead discovery sessions, capture key details like timelines and budgets, and turn insights into clear, high‑impact proposals. Strong knowledge of business strategy, the SDLC, and excellent communication skills are essential. What You Will DoTechnical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: assemble Sales Support Engineering team, lead discovery calls, demonstrate SDLC knowledge, uncover client pain points. Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: develop dynamic presentation decks and engagement proposals, customize deliverables. Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: coordinate among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering, serve as concierge for deals, translate technical aspects into business narratives. Must Haves3+ years of experience in similar Sales & Delivery Management roles. Exceptional communication & soft skills: outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and storytelling skills. UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of UX principles and design thinking, track record of high‑quality presentation decks. Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of SDLC, familiarity with agile, bridge technical and business impact. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: synthesize complex information, prioritize client objectives. Team Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Coordination: work effectively across departments, manage internal communications.
