Learn more at Overview We’re looking for an entry-level analyst to join our venture team at Flow Capital. This role sits between our Marketing and Originations teams, starting with a focus on marketing. You’ll support a wide range of activities, including identifying and researching potential investment opportunities and supporting business development, while also contributing to marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives. This is an excellent entry point for someone interested in gaining exposure to the venture ecosystem. Location: Remote. Candidates must be available to work North American Eastern Time (GMT-4). Fluent English (written and spoken). Proof of fluency will be required. Please submit your resume in English only. Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential investment and partner opportunities. Conduct ad-hoc analysis (e.g., market sizing, competitive analysis, web analytics data). Support lead generation and outbound email campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting. Collaborate with marketing to create content, marketing materials and assist with digital initiatives as needed. Track and analyze performance, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates. Participate in events, webinars, and other initiatives to build Flow Capital’s brand. Manage and update CRM records. Qualifications Business or a related field degree from a strong academic program. A passion for early stage investing and a desire to be in the Venture Ecosystem. Entry-level role. 0–2 years of experience in venture, business development, or finance preferred, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Curious, proactive, eager to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Proactive, versatile, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks across marketing functions. Familiarity with tools including AI tools, Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, outreach tools (e.g., Reply.io), PitchBook, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Why Join Flow Capital?
