This role is crucial in ensuring thequality, performance, and reliabilityof our software products. You will be responsible for executing manual and automated tests, identifying and documenting issues, and creating test scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements. You’ll also contribute to improving QA processes, CI/CD integration, and leveragingAI technologiesto enhance automation efficiency and coverage. This is a hands-on position — ideal for someone who enjoys bothtechnical testing and process improvement, and who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment. ⚙️Key Responsibilities Executemanual and automated teststo ensure software quality and performance. Develop and maintaincomprehensive test plans and test casesbased on business requirements. Create and managefunctional and regression testsacross multiple platforms. Identify, document, and track issues and inconsistencies; collaborate with developers for timely resolution. Support and promotebest quality assurance practiceswithin the development team. Integrate automated tests into theCI/CD pipelineto support continuous delivery. Continuously evaluate and improveQA processes, tools, and methodologies. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and software quality metrics. UtilizeAI-based toolsto enhance test creation, automation scripting, and defect detection. Collaborate closely withproduct owners, developers, and stakeholdersto ensure alignment with user expectations. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience 4+ yearsof experience in Quality Assurance, with2+ yearsin automation testing. Proven experience inmanual and automated testingwithin an Agile environment. Strong background in designing and executing detailedtest plans and defect management. Experience integrating automated tests intoCI/CD workflows. Technical Skills Advanced English level (C1 ). Proficiency with testing frameworks such asSelenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Familiarity withAI toolsfor generating or optimizing test scripts. Experience withperformance testing tools(e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Understanding ofREST APIs, SQL, and general software testing methodologies. Knowledge ofAgile/Scrumpractices and ability to collaborate in iterative development cycles. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience withPlaywright. Exposure toAI-based test automationor intelligent test generation tools. Experience withcloud-based environmentsand microservices testing.
