**About the job**
The Customer Intelligence team is looking for a Senior Solutions Sales Account Executive to help customers and prospects evaluate their Customer Engagement strategy and recommend solutions that meet their technical and business requirements. In this role, you will work to understand key business challenges, present the value SAS solutions provide to our customers and build lasting relationships with your accounts. You will be working with our highly valued customers across multiple industries in Mexico, Caribe and Central America, Argentina, Chile and Peru.
**As a Sr Solutios Sales Account Executive CI, you will**:
- Leverage targeted account lists to identify and engage with prioritized customers and prospects to position SAS MarTech solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the C-level with business and technology decision makers.
- Provide in-depth industry, business function and MarTech related expertise to facilitate closing deals within the assigned territory.
- Work alongside the Pre-Sales and Value Engineering teams to ensure that demonstrations of our solutions address customers' business and technical objectives.
- Initiate and support lead generation activities and integrate strategy into overall account plan. Qualify leads by analyzing business drivers and technical fit.
- Use expert domain knowledge to fulfill a wide range of requests for information from prospective customers.
- Develop opportunities by managing and influencing requirements to gain a competitive edge. Creates and presents sales proposals and solutions to successfully communicate the value of SAS' solutions.
- Communicate with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for services.
- Facilitate closure of complex sales. Assists with pricing negotiations and licensing questions.
- Complete post-close knowledge transfer to Partners for design/deployment.
- Engage with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.
- Influence go-to-market strategies for SAS MarTech solutions. Provide input to Product Marketing and/or Research and Development by providing information for future product direction.
**Required Qualifications**
- Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a solution selling role within an enterprise software company and in marketing technology or relevant software solutions.
- Requires minimum education Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.

- Understand customer's strategic intent and articulate desired business outcomes.
- Identify and articulate outcome-driven use cases and value drivers that support the desired business outcomes.
- Lead the value case creation, and present to marketing executives and ELT team with confidence.

- Establish and grow executive relationships by being a scholar of their industry and by inspiring customers how to tackle business critical problems.
- Establish and grow director level relationships trust by being able to engage in meaningful business conversations about outcomes and value.

- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
