The Account Executive will be responsible for converting sales leads into customers through engagement, long-term contracts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support BotCity's revenue growth. We seek an experienced SaaS sales professional with a proven enterprise track record, strategic thinking, and excellent persuasion skills to act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process from lead qualification to contract signing, including presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within the enterprise segment, including social media engagement (LinkedIn).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and contribute insights to BotCity's strategic planning.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in software sales within RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industries.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, MS Office, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global accounts and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of industry verticals such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
