At Customer Intelligence Inc., we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide efficient administrative support to our recruitment process. This role involves maintaining databases with candidate information, sourcing candidates, and supporting full‑cycle recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR as an Analyst or Talent Acquisition Analyst, take initiative, work independently, and be always willing to learn. We require strong problem‑solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in English is required, and conversational Spanish is a plus. This role offers exposure to multiple projects and people from Latin America, a results‑oriented approach, professional work environment, and an indefinite independent contract. As a remote worker, you'll enjoy 80% of your time working from home. Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team and maintain databases with candidate information.
