Summary and Responsibilities

Track is the industry leader in vacation rental property management software, trusted by property managers and resorts nationwide. As a Project Manager on our Professional Services team, you will lead the onboarding of clients onto Track’s award-winning SaaS platform.

In this client-facing role, you’ll own projects from kick-off through hand-off to our Customer Success team, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. You’ll guide property managers through critical software implementations, driving adoption while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted, strategic client relationships, positioning yourself as a partner and advisor.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding project lifecycle, from contract signature to successful handoff.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Communicate proactively: provide clear, consistent updates to customers, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks early, creating solutions that keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive outcomes.
  • Ensure clients fully implement Track’s core functionality and are set up for long-term success.
  • Balance multiple priorities by managing 10–20 projects in varying phases simultaneously.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that strengthen Track’s reputation as a trusted partner.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of project management or account management experience, preferably in software onboarding or SaaS implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present and facilitate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in hospitality operations (resorts, vacation rentals, or property management).
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Compensation

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $70K to 82K. The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.
