Especialista em Sales Operations - PG Sinalizações
Objetivo da função:
- Ser o responsável por analisar, organizar e auditar informações comerciais relevantes para o bom desempenho de vendedores, pré vendas e outras cadeiras e setores importantes envolvidos no processo de vendas. Cuidar dos cards, listas de prospecção e foco comercial.
Responsabilidades principais:
- Gestão de CRM :
Compilar e auxilia o uso de dados e CRM; - Análisede Desempenho :
Fornecer inteligência estratégica para apoiar a equipe de vendas na superação de metas; - Otimização de Processos :
Simplificar e melhorar continuamente os processos de vendas; - Previsão de Vendas :
Auxiliar na previsão de vendas para orientar a estratégia de mercado e ajustes de estoques. - Colaboração Interdepartamental :
Assegurar alinhamento entre as estratégias de vendas e os objetivos organizacionais.
Perfil desejado:
- Experiência em Sales Operations, com domínio de ferramentas de CRM e Excel e Power BI
- Habilidade analítica para transformar dados em estratégias de crescimento.
- Proatividade para sugerir e implantar novas ferramentas/ações de melhoria continua/processos.
- Desejável:
conhecimento na utilização de ferramentas de IA
