Supplier Quality Analyst

Component introduction:
- Ensure the supplier selection in-time sourcing for feasible suppliers with decisions signed according signature rules
- Plan, initiate and control failure prevention orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design/development phase for supplied parts and services (Maturity Evaluation, Supplier Component Review, Feasibility Commitment, Project Reviews, Run & Rate, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Control Plan, VDA 6.3 audit) to ensure that the components meet the defined quality requirements
- Plan, initiate, implement and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make/market phase for all supplied goods and services, in the area of responsibility, to continuously observe and improve the quality performance of the supplier with focus on a zero-failure-strategy
- Implement and control of quality improvement and development programs of suppliers
- Ensure in-time releases of new components
Series Production & reporting:
- 8D methodology appliance for problem solving;
- Support to the production lines regarding purchased components;
- Support to the incoming inspection;
- Regular update of APQP Status via SupplyOn.
- To feedback continuously APQP / PPAP status from SQM towards project team / engineering / SQM P
- To feedback APQP / PPAP status from SQM towards customer on demand
- Provide regular report to BU SQM Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, Electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience in interfacing with automotive OEM customers regarding quality issue
- IATF16949, Problem solving process and method, 8D methodology,
- Experience with customer complaints handing, experience with technical support to customer.
- Experience in APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Certification as Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Advanced English is a plus
- Experience in stamped parts is a plus
