**Job Description Summary**: The post will be part of the International Trade and Logistics organization for GE Aerospace Celma.**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for auditing import and export processes- Provide support, metrics and vision to optimize foreign trade processes and international trade compliance- Leverage Process Excellence and Lean practices, as well as Foreign Trade and AEO Best Practice techniques.- An ongoing focus on Customs Import and Export practices and legislation.- Develop and maintain the highest standard of accuracy of the company procedures to meet the demands- Liaise with GE Aviation HQ on specific issues- Understanding of RECOF special regime- Have professional attributes to deal with customers, contractors and customs officers- Have experience and communication skills to deal with large cross-section of the business- Understanding of business metrics, budgetary management, and functional metrics- Understanding of Logistics Operational Processes**REQUIREMENTS**- Advanced computer literacy skills, with ongoing experience of windows-based packages- Knowledge on OASIS SAP, Thomson Reuters International Trade Suite of Software and Brazilian Foreign Trade System.- Knowledge in Brazilian Foreign Trade Legislation and International trade Compliance.- English - proven written and oral advanced skills- Previous experience in Logistics and/or Operations- Understanding of Special Regimes and logistics requirements- Bachelors Degree - in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, Law, Trade or Logistics and Supply Chain**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS**- Possess excellent communication skills- Possess an innovative, logical and creative approach to resolving issues and process improvements- Curious and passionate about International Trade, Logistics, Special Regimes- Must be engaged with compliance, an effective team player with ability to motivate others, have a good negotiation skills, flexible and adaptable to change- SQL knowledge- Special Regimes control experience- Kaizen Breakthrough / Improvement Project Experience- Understanding of Lean Principles- Certification or experience on Audit procedures.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
