- Handle customer questions and overcome objections while demonstrating knowledge of competitor products
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or pre-sales support
- Experience in educational sales or curriculum implementation
- Proficiency with the employer's instructional design and pedagogy
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working directly with educators and stakeholders at various levels
- Knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills for project management and goal setting
- Passion for high-quality, knowledge-rich curriculum and educational improvement
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and curiosity in educational contexts
