Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of seller enablement initiatives across LATAM.
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and communication strategies to drive seller success.
  • Manage a high-performing team of communications and education specialists.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable, data-driven programs that enhance seller experience, increase feature adoption, and support business growth.
  • Develop innovative solutions addressing the unique needs of the LATAM seller ecosystem while maintaining alignment with global objectives.
  • Measure impact through clear KPIs and drive continuous improvement in seller satisfaction and adoption metrics.
  • Manage complex projects and programs across multiple countries and languages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and oral
  • Preferable Spanish knowledge
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
