Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Development Professional Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to manage our recruitment process, onboard new employees, develop their skills, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Manage job postings, screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate the hiring process to attract qualified talent. Facilitate the integration of new employees, explain company policies, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Organize training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies. Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of Labor Laws. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English is essential. Capable of working in a dynamic environment.
