Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist   The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job postings to employee onboarding. This role involves identifying and attracting qualified talent, facilitating their integration into the organization, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.   Key Responsibilities:   Recruitment and Selection: Posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process to attract top talent. Employee Onboarding: Facilitating new hires' integration into the organization, explaining company policies, and ensuring a seamless transition. Training and Development: Organizing training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Policy Implementation: Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.   Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of Labor Laws. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English is essential. Capable of working in a dynamic environment.
