Partnership Development Manager

Drive business growth by forging strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions. Develop a channel partnership strategy that identifies potential partners, negotiates deals, and manages complex engagements. Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables in terms of channel integration and optimization. Review process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimization. Manage partnerships to review success factors, hold regular meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products/features. Research business models and compliance policies of overseas funds management practices in local markets. The ideal candidate should possess: A minimum 5 years of experience working with local financial institutions or payment channels industry In-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movements Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries Solid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
