Responsibilities Support the administration of contract management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all contractual processes. Draft, organize, and file contracts and amendments, maintaining structured and compliant documentation aligned with internal policies. Monitor contract lifecycle deadlines, including renewals, expirations, and key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Collect and prepare documentation required for contract formalization and perform initial reviews of standardized terms under the guidance of senior staff or the legal team. Update and maintain contract management systems with accurate data, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and documentation of all contract activities. Follow up on approval workflows and digital signature processes to ensure internal governance compliance. Provide administrative and cross-functional support to Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams, ensuring smooth process execution and efficient information flow. Support audits, internal reviews, and documentation assessments related to contract governance, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law. Previous experience in administrative, contract management, legal support, or documentation-related roles is preferred. Intermediate English (Mandatory) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with digital workflow platforms and contract management systems is an advantage.
