The Opportunity This is a rare chance to pivot your career into AI and LLMs without needing a technical background . We are looking for experienced consultants — people who excel at running complex initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, learning extremely fast, and delivering with zero defects in ambiguous environments. In this role, you’ll apply those strengths to one of the most dynamic, high-growth sectors in tech, working directly with leading AI teams to help their models write better code. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of Human Data projects focused on training and post-training AI code models Act as the primary interface for clients, including some of the most influential AI teams in the world Translate complex technical requirements into structured project plans and operational processes Coordinate internal teams across operations, engineering, and technical experts Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in fast-paced and evolving environments Bring clarity, structure, and client leadership to AI initiatives that directly impact model performance What We’re Looking For 5+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent project leadership experience Interest in AI/LLMs and ability to learn quickly — no technical background required Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes projects with senior stakeholders Strong problem-solving, communication (100% in English), and client management skills Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, remote-first organization Nice to Have Exposure to AI, tech, or data-driven projects Experience with HITL (human-in-the-loop) or data labeling workflows Experience working with hyperscale tech clients (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, etc.) Why Join Enter the world of AI/LLMs without needing prior technical expertise Work directly with market-leading AI teams shaping the future of technology Join a profitable, fast-growing organization backed by $48M in funding Apply your consulting toolkit to highly impactful, cutting-edge work Be part of a mission-driven, entrepreneurial team where your impact is visible from day one #J-18808-Ljbffr
