We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our paid media strategy across major digital advertising platforms. This role involves designing, launching, optimizing and scaling performance marketing campaigns aimed at sports enthusiasts, bettors and gamers. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and a proven track record of scaling campaigns in sports, betting, gaming or a similar data-driven vertical. Campaign strategy & execution: Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and X. Campaign optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion rates. Analytics & reporting: Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards and internal business intelligence tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with designers and content teams to develop high-performing assets and ensuring all campaigns follow brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
