This role will be reporting to Senior Project Portfolio Manager - C&DE**WHAT YOU WILL DO**- Manage successful delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope, quality and time- Liaise with designated customer contact to assess local site requirements and readiness for delivery initiation- Place work orders and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of all required components- Work with customer, suppliers and internal teams to reserve resources and schedule installation/ migrations- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve delivery roadblocks- Identify and propose alternate solutions when delivery is at risk in consultation with stakeholders- Ensure effective transition to operations and billing- Obtain Customer acceptance of the delivered orders- Keep internal tools up to date with delivery, technical and billing related information- Build and share delivery progress reports with stakeholdersQualifications:**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in networking or project management (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Excel, Powerpoint).- Proven and solid experience in Network Services delivery and coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.- In-depth knowledge of Network and other services and delivery processes.- Ability to manage projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.- Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.- Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks,**WHAT WE OFFER**We're all about diversity.
