Founded in 2018, Chiliz is a blockchain provider focused on the sports and entertainment industry. We build scalable, secure blockchain-enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets.
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional business acumen who can navigate complex stakeholder environments. You should be comfortable operating independently while collaborating across teams, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of sports, technology, and finance. Your ability to identify creative partnership opportunities and execute them will be critical to success in this role.
**_ Duties & Responsibilities:_**
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with retail networks, financial institutions, investment firms, and other potential distribution channels for fan tokens and Chiliz products
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across banking, sports organizations, and crypto-related businesses in Brazil
- Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership frameworks tailored to prospective partners' needs and objectives
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive dynamics in the Brazilian digital asset and sports engagement landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing relationship management
- Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status
**_ Requirements:_**
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the financial services/banking sector. Preferably knowledge of web3, and could be sports related.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex B2B partnerships and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian financial services landscape and regulatory environment
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience or demonstrated interest in sports industry partnerships and sponsorships
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets
- Existing network within Brazilian banking, retail, or investment sectors
- Experience drafting commercial agreements and partnership terms
