**The Role**
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be focused on acquiring new accounts for Seequent. You will have the opportunity to represent Seequent's world class products that are deemed by many existing customers as 'best in breed' for geoscience data interpretation. You'll get the opportunity to demonstrate your capability to be creative and expand your expertise to help solve future customers complex challenges. You will pick up the generated leads and progress those leads through to the onboarding process. You will do some prospecting, but focus largely on qualifying, quoting and closing new business of the Seequent products. You will be integral in the experience our new customers receive and we'll provide you with a fun and energetic working environment. We will provide you with Leads. In return for your tenacity to succeed, we'll provide you with a base salary and a forecast of your potential commission earnings.
This role can be based out of the Seequent offices in Belo Horizonte, Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro with the option to work in a hybrid work model.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Be an integral part of our sales strategy by leading customers through the journey of engagement, education, milestone management, follow-up and closure
- Be a collaborative team player and feed information back to the appropriate teams within the business
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new leads
- Complete client needs analysis and fitting that to the products and services that best meet the potential client's needs.
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Experience in sales or customer service; interest in developing a career in sales
- Excellent communications skills with natural ability to engage conversation
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Motivated with ability to work independently and prioritise own workload
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Commitment to learning and self-development
- A welcoming attitude, and ability to reinforce the values of the company
- Expected to be "customer oriented", have good communication skills and ability to collaborate with many
- To develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key-buying influences in a new new sales opportunity
- Ability's to work with mínimal supervision
- A Proactive mindset and always seeking to improve processes
- Experience in technical sales is an asset
