Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑time, future Head of Marketing)Hi… My name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. I’m looking for a Growth Marketer who will own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our markets are growing quickly, and we need someone who can research new channels, build campaigns, write copy, and optimise email flows. ResponsibilitiesPlan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and tracking impact. Optimise email marketing: build flows, automate processes, and analyse data to increase performance. Create case studies, sponsor opportunities, and pitch ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborate closely with the founder and international colleagues, keeping internal meetings to 2‑3 hours per week. Qualities & SkillsAnalytical and structured thinker with a creative flair for copy. Experience in testing, learning, scaling initiatives from one city to multiple destinations. Strong knowledge of data, automation tools, and email marketing best practices. Fast mover, super collaborator, and self‑driven execution focus. Contract & Compensation$1,400 per month, 25 hours a week, remote.
