Challenge We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven automation projects. This role combines project management, technical execution, and client-facing communication, ensuring that every automation and AI initiative yields measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of experience working with project management and with CRM integrations and workflow automation , while maintaining technical ownership of low-code/no-code implementations. Responsibilities Manage project timelines, task allocation, and stakeholder communication for AI and automation initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable project roadmaps aligned with operational goals. Use ClickUp to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration. Lead client discussions to validate or propose automation and AI strategies, ensuring business‑technical alignment. Design and review workflow architectures using n8n, Zapier, or Make to ensure efficiency and scalability. Oversee AI integrations across multiple domains, including Voice AI (Retell, Trillet, Bland). Manage CRM automations and system integrations with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Close.com . Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience through automation. Define and implement testing protocols for AI agents, automation workflows, and system integrations. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, playbooks, and process specs. Mandatory Skills Workflow Automation: Advanced experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make ; understanding of automation design patterns and best practices. Project Management: Proven experience with ClickUp for project tracking, sprint planning, and reporting. CRM Platforms: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Close.com APIs and automation strategies. Technical Analysis: Ability to review code, evaluate risk, and provide architecture guidance. Communication: Strong client‑facing ability to articulate ideas clearly and lead challenging discussions. Nice to Have Experience with Voice AI systems . Familiarity with OpenAI, Sora , or other AI model integrations. Exposure to Python, React.js, Azure, or GitHub-based workflows . Background in AI-driven marketing or analytics automation. Soft Skills Excellent communication and storytelling — able to explain technical reasoning in context. Strategic thinking with hands‑on problem‑solving ability. Self‑driven, organized, and proactive in identifying process improvements. Comfortable managing tough discussions with clients while maintaining professionalism.
