Role Ignite Visibility is looking for a talented full‑time international Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager is a client‑facing role that oversees the entire life of digital projects across various marketing channels from inception to launch and completion for franchise/multi‑location clients. They collaborate with external stakeholders, internal team members, and vendors on scope, lead teams in development, and prepare project status reports. Applicants must be willing to work PST business hours. Responsibilities Lead and deliver end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across SEO, Paid Media, website lifecycle, organic social, Content, PR, and other digital marketing channels. Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned projects across franchise and multi‑location clients. Assist in the initial onboarding of new client projects. Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery. Set and prepare the budget, tools, scope, and timeline for digital marketing channel projects. Ensure project profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of timely, high‑quality work. Create deadlines and action items for every project team member. Oversee code development and testing. Manage project launch activities. Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress. Communicate regular project status updates for external stakeholders. Obtain client approvals for all new estimates and change orders. Address bottlenecks and adjust the timeline and deliverables. Resolve issues with team members individually. Review, analyze, and evaluate current operational processes and performance regarding projects, recommending solutions for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, account management team, external partners, and vendors. Schedule and participate in a weekly update meeting with the Director of Operations to discuss priorities, accomplishments, and hurdles. Use the company’s business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned, and projects well managed. Communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects. Perform ongoing professional development to keep pace with changes and trends within the digital marketing industry. Stay on top of industry trends and assist the sales team with presentations and proposal development. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across several channels. Experience in franchise or multi‑location businesses. Agency setting experience and client‑facing experience. Positive attitude and ability to motivate teams to meet project deadlines. Ability to manage cross‑disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases. Knowledge of project management frameworks. Diverse experience leading multiple concurrent projects across SEO, Paid Media, Email, CRO, social media, and more. Well‑developed English communication skills with a friendly, clear, written and verbal style. Ability to forecast, benchmark, and analyze project budgets both hour‑based and costs/profits approaches. Demonstrated skills in project management and planning, risk management, resource management, budget management, and team coordination. Hands‑on experience with project management software such as Monday.com or similar. Excellent time‑management, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
