Job Description

  1. Oversee several properties in Thailand within the Novotel, Mercure, and ibis Erawan portfolio.
  2. Implement, monitor, and adjust strategies to maximize the revenue of a group of hotels.
  3. Perform in-depth business analysis in terms of market mix, pricing, and planning strategies.
  4. Ensure revenue performance aiming at growing market share constantly.
  5. Deploy training and the right tools to ensure that all Revenue Management processes are in place.
  6. Report directly to the Group Director of Revenue.

Qualifications

  1. 3 years of experience.
  2. University graduate, preferably in Hotel Management or Finance.
  3. Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  4. Advanced user of analytical tools for Excel (most formulas, database knowledge, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Familiarity with technologies and distribution tools like PMS, CRS, and distribution channels.
  6. Experience in management and configuration of a RMS, preferably Ezms.
