**GET TO KNOW OUR AREA**:
Our financial area focuses on site costs, operating costs and production costs, with the aim of providing data to support decision-making and strategy for the site and region. It is a very dynamic area that receives demands for analysis of the most diverse scenarios and works hard to consolidate the data. Responsible for guaranteeing data collection process, upload and quality control for data input. Be the liaison for field data collection between Scientists, Ag. Services Data & Recommendation and Field Testing. Ensure data availability in time, under the standardized format and within the pre-stablished systems, contributing to a solid decision-making process for product advancement and launch. Propose innovative solutions that will leverage data collection process and data flow through systems.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Collaborate closely with the Field Testing LATAM team to ensure strict adherence to data collection protocols, monitor deadlines, and maintain consistent methodology compliance, enhancing reliability in data collection process;
- Create a roadmap for the automation of data processes, focusing on improving the accuracy of automated deactivation and the effective use of Data Guardian;
- Ensure the seamless flow of imagery data and proper data return for UAV pilots;
- Act as the LATAM representative in key forums such as Meta Data Collection and Command Center, driving the implementation of new initiatives for Precision Breeding tools.
- Support process standardization for data QC across 3 clusters in LATAM;
- Act as liaison for Field Testing on interactions with EDS on data matters.
- Ensure protocol´s upload for operational calendar accordance with Brazil operations timeline, aligned with protocol owners, for Breeding and Ag. Services;
- Develop and advocate for the adoption of regional data visualization tools that enhance data tracking, quality control, and overall visibility.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
**Must have**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Agronomy (or related areas);
- Robust experience in data mining, systems, Spotfire, PowerBI, Tableau, IT platforms & tools;
- Solid experience working with agriculture and agricultural experimentation;
- Stakeholder management, Relationships & Networks and innovation;
- Strong communication, conflicts management and influencing skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Main technical contact of Field-Testing Capability Hub for data;
- Key partner with Engineering and Data Science Capability Center;
- Actively in touch with Product Development, Product Design, Plant Health and Agronomic Services;
- Strong partnership with external vendors for new technologies and insights.
