Medical Scientist for Cancer Immunotherapy Research

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Cell Therapy Medical Scientist. This position involves identifying, developing, and managing relationships with current and future hematology/oncology thought leaders and other healthcare providers in academic and community practices.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) with significant clinical and research experience in key therapeutic areas.
Industry experience is essential, ideally including recent experience of a successful launch within oncology or hematology.
The candidate should have a working understanding of hospital and community practice hematology/oncology departments and systems.
Key responsibilities include engaging in peer-to-peer scientific exchange of complex clinical and scientific information, developing and fostering strong scientific relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), disease experts, and other healthcare providers.
The Cell Therapy Medical Scientist will also provide clinical/scientific presentations to internal and external groups, compliantly provide internal teams with feedback and insights from interactions and discussions with HCPs, and engage in accrual enhancement activities with clinical trial sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with significant clinical and research experience in key therapeutic areas.
- Industry experience, ideally with recent experience of a successful launch within oncology or hematology.
- Working knowledge of hospital and community practice hematology/oncology departments and systems.
Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are required.
Travel to domestic and international conferences, including occasional weekend travel, is required.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is necessary.
