We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scientist Associate. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree with significant clinical and research experience in the key therapeutic areas of hematology and oncology.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with current and future thought leaders and other healthcare providers in academic and community practices.
This field-based position requires a strong understanding of hospital and community practice departments and systems, as well as a working knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in scientific exchange with thought leaders and disease experts.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Provide presentations to internal and external groups.
- Compliantly provide feedback and insights from interactions and discussions with HCPs.
- Support accrual enhancement activities with clinical trial sites.
- Represent the company during exchanges with the medical and scientific community.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD).
- Significant clinical and research experience in hematology and oncology.
- Industry experience, ideally including recent experience of a successful launch within oncology or hematology.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
