**Responsabilidades**:
- Brindar soporte técnico de primer nível a los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico, chat o sistemas de tickets.
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de software, hardware y redes.
- Guiar a los usuarios a través de soluciones paso a paso y escalar los problemas complejos al soporte de nível superior cuando sea necesario.
- Documentar las interacciones con los clientes, los problemas técnicos y sus soluciones en el sistema de soporte.
- Colaborar con los equipos internos de TI para garantizar una resolución oportuna de incidentes y solicitudes de servicio.

**Requisitos**:
- Título de educación secundaria.
- Dominio del idioma español.
- **Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos.**:
- Conocimiento básico del rol de soporte técnico o help desk.
- Comprensión de sistemas operativos (Windows, macOS, Linux), fundamentos de redes y aplicaciones de software comunes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para explicar problemas técnicos a usuarios no técnicos.
**Habilidades Deseadas**:
- Experiência trabajando con sistemas operativos Windows, Mac o Linux.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas y realizar diagnósticos técnicos.
- Experiência en help desk y atención al cliente.Título universitario (licenciatura).
