**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in our Information System (HRIS - SAP Success Factors)
- Support the HRBP for the required data entries in our Information System (HRIS - SAP Success Factors)
- Deliver & Collect all required documents related to and Employee file (contract, letters, personal files )
- Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests (Service Desk Support Level 2)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Specific skills / expertise / product:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administraton or IT (completed or ongoing)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR Coordinator)
- Working experience in global community with complex matrix
- Technology-oriented
