Job Mission

Ensure efficient and compliant management of the Africa fleet crew, guaranteeing adherence to applicable regulations and OSM Thome policies. Act in an organized and proactive manner in coordinating training, documentation, certifications, and crew logistics, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain the Training Matrix up to date and in compliance with flag and legal requirements;

Generate weekly monitoring reports in the crew management system;

Ensure compliance with Brazilian, international, and flag regulations;

Request endorsements as required by the fleet and OSM manuals;

Schedule medical exams (ASO), ensuring deadlines and documentation compliance;

Coordinate training schedules with accredited institutions, including logistical arrangements;

Control and update crew profiles in client systems (SISPAT, STAR, among others);

Classify and register new employees in the crew management system (profile creation and document upload);

Monitor crew changes and personnel movements to avoid additional costs;

Collaborate with the Crewing team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational safety.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related fields;

Advanced English (written and spoken);

Previous experience in HR or crew logistics within shipping, drilling, production, or oil & gas companies is desirable;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);

Familiarity with crew management systems.

Working Hours

Availability to work in an alternative schedule due to the Africa time zone (from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Brasília time).
