Senior Commodity Operations Lead - Power Join Macquarie’s Commodity Operations group as a Senior Commodity Operations Lead, Power in our Sao Paulo office. The Operations Division supports the trade validation and settlement of a variety of financial and physical products for our Commodity Markets and Finance Trading division, working in a time‑sensitive environment where the accuracy of processing, timely escalation and communication among the division, the businesses, Risk Management, correspondent banks and custodians is essential to ensuring a smooth trading process. In this role, you will provide essential business‑aligned support services to our Brazil Power trading business, including but not limited to trade verification, confirmation, invoicing, settlement services, treasury activities, regulatory reporting, reconciliations with ISOs and transmission providers, and lead a small team. Your ability to work collaboratively will be demonstrated as you engage with Trading, Scheduling, Legal, Compliance, Finance/Tax, Technology, Risk Management, and many other stakeholder groups supporting our Brazilian Power businesses. Your drive for continuous improvement will be utilized as you create sustainable and innovative solutions to address business issues and needs. Resumes in English preferred.
