The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing leadership to oversee shift operations, ensuring nursing care safety and quality.
- Guides staff using sound human resource and budget principles, supporting patient and family services through interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Supervises nursing associates, provides patient care when needed, and coaches staff to promote clinical and service excellence.
- Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN license in New Mexico, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Preferred experience includes at least 3 years in relevant settings.
- Works under nursing leadership, with exposure to infectious diseases and unpredictable situations, requiring physical stamina, good body mechanics, and the ability to handle emergencies.
