The Clinical Manager in Pediatrics is responsible for overseeing clinical services, working closely with nursing and medical leadership to develop and implement programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

  • Requires RN licensure with current state license, BSN preferred, and certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC.
  • Must have strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with physicians.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in women's services or pediatrics, plus 2 years of management experience.
  • Reports to the Chief Nursing Executive, works in a clean, safe environment, and must handle stressful situations with flexibility in working hours.
