The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women's Services, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

  • Requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, BLS certification, and possibly additional area-specific certifications.
  • Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and management skills, including team facilitation, effective communication, problem-solving, and staff motivation.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in women's services or Pediatrics, with at least 2 years in progressive management roles.
  • Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and works in a clean, well-lit environment, handling stressful situations with flexible hours and strong communication abilities.
