Clinical Nurse

Seeking a registered nurse with an accredited program background, current RN license (state or compact), and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire. Must obtain other certifications within 6 months if not already held.
- Demonstrate current knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population, with sensitivity to patient rights.
- Effective communication tailored to patients' developmental levels is essential.
- Report to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
- Work in environments with bloodborne pathogen exposure, including OR, PACU, L&D, and other patient care areas, in a clean, well-lit, smoke-free setting.
- Handle stressful situations, be flexible with work hours, and respond to emergencies.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, repositioning patients, reaching, bending, and visual/hearing acuity. Manual dexterity is necessary for patient care tasks.
