Manage calendars schedules reminders and day-to-day priorities Support internal and external communication on behalf of the founder or leadership team Assist with project management tracking tasks organizing workflows and ensuring deadlines are hit Conduct research and prepare summaries briefs and follow-up documentation Provide light design support using Canva presentations templates visuals Maintain organized systems files and SOPs to keep operations smooth and efficient Key Responsibilities : Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple moving parts and follow through consistently Proactive mindset someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise Comfort with light design work Canva or similar tools Professional composed and able to represent the founder with discretion Bright resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced environments This is a high-trust high-ownership role where you'll act as an extension of the founder's operational capacity keeping things organized moving and aligned.
