Corporate Law Specialist Role Job Description: We are seeking a Corporate Law Specialist to lead the management of clients' legal and corporate structures, ensuring they remain compliant and in good standing. About the Role The role will involve managing portfolios, administering companies, partnerships, and trusts. Manage and administer company operations. Structure and maintain corporate entities for clients. Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulations, and fiscal opportunities. Review and prepare corporate documents: minutes, proxies, registers, resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Compliance, Legal). Responsibilities Monitor financial targets, chargeability, and productivity. Ensure timely and accurate billing. Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term client relationships.
