Job Title: Clinic Account Strategist This role involves fostering strong relationships with clinic clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective performance management. Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for each client. Maintain regular communication through daily calls, emails, and texts to keep clients informed. Key Responsibilities: Lead new clients through setup, configuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns properly. Regularly review ad and funnel performance, tracking metrics such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate. Provide actionable recommendations for improvements, including follow-up tweaks, schedule adjustments, or new messaging strategies. What You'll Own: Client performance metrics, including leads, bookings, show percentage, and close percentage. Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or lead generation. Strong communication and organizational skills.
