Job Overview: The Senior Project Coordinator role presents a distinctive opportunity to spearhead strategic process improvements and cultivate organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Process Management: Manage and track multiple project work streams to ensure strict adherence to timelines and high-quality deliverables. Lead and facilitate complex group workshops independently. Mediate and facilitate discussions to proactively resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations. Develop critical process management documentation, including RACI charts and Management of Change (MOC) documents. Business Process Optimization & Improvement: Conduct hands-on process mapping and workflow development using modern methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles. Collaborate with domain experts and field personnel to capture complex current-state business processes. Develop optimized process maps and workflows that support automation and organizational efficiency goals. Data Analysis, Documentation & Reporting: Perform intermediate-level data analysis and build compelling dashboards/visualizations using Power BI and Advanced Excel. Create leadership-level communication materials and work intake management documentation. Support data integration and reporting from unified data environments. Requirements: At least 8 years of post-graduation experience in PMO/Business Analyst or Process Improvement roles. Fluent English skills for effective communication with leadership and teams. Proficiency in project and visualization tools, including MS Project, Visio, Mural, Excel, and BI platforms. Strong expertise in Business Process Mapping (BPM). Intermediate data analytics skills; familiarity with SQL or workflow automation is a plus. Advanced presentation, conflict management, and group facilitation skills.
