SAP S/4hana Ams Delivery Manager

**What are we looking for?**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines, scope, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between technical teams and the client.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and PMOs.
- Oversee the quality of all project deliverables.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks and resolve impediments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Report on progress, KPIs, and project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies, adapting as needed.
- Manage SAP service contracts and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing Application Management Services (AMS) specifically for SAP S/4HANA.
- Native proficiency in Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, even without formal authority, inspiring trust and motivating others.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, comfortable interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within defined deadlines and budgets; ability to prioritize and make assertive decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and pressure with emotional maturity and diplomacy.
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on adding value to the client's business and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Proactive and autonomous, with the initiative to anticipate issues, suggest improvements, and take ownership of projects/services.
- Collaborative team player with high adaptability to multicultural and dynamic environments, new tools, and processes.
- Strategic thinking: able to understand the broader business impact of projects and align deliverables with strategic goals.
- Commitment to ethics, transparency, integrity, and professional responsibility.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, Project Management).
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
**Position Location**:
- São Paulo/SP or São Leopoldo/RS
- This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site.
