Delivering Excellence in SAP S/4HANA Services

Job Description

As a skilled Application Management Services (AMS) expert, you will lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA environments to ensure seamless service delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations and communication.

You will guarantee the successful delivery of services, adhering strictly to project deadlines, scope, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and orchestrating multidisciplinary teams comprising SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Basis administrators, and PMOs.
  • Overseeing and ensuring the quality of all project deliverables, implementing best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and impediments, developing and implementing effective resolution plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, focusing on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and value.
  • Developing and presenting regular progress reports, KPIs, and project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing SAP service contracts, ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in a delivery or management role for AMS specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP concepts to effectively manage technical teams and discussions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and inspire trust, even without direct formal authority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the confidence to interact with all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
