How you’ll contribute Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring measurable value Analyze current-state security processes, identify gaps, and envision future-state solutions aligned with the client's strategic goals Define and prioritize security controls, policies, and procedures to improve the platform’s effectiveness and the client’s security posture Create comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows) with precision and clarity Collaborate with the client’s engineering team and technical resources to translate requirements into robust designs and solutions Participate in solution design and architecture discussions from a business perspective to ensure outcomes-driven solutions Support test plans and user acceptance testing to validate alignment with business requirements Contribute to change management, including communications and training materials for smooth adoption This would make you the ideal candidate Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing consulting, ideally with cybersecurity or platform development Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex software platforms, delivering tangible value Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures Proficiency with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional, fast-paced consulting environment Advanced English level required for work with US clients What to expect from our hiring process Let’s chat about your experience Impress our recruiters, then a technical interview with our top developers Meet with our client for the final step By applying to this position, you authorize Nearsure to collect, store, transfer, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
