Join one of the biggest IT Services companies in the worldHere you can transform your careerWhy join TCS?Here at TCS we believe that people make the difference, that's why we live a culture of unlimited learning full of opportunities for improvement and mutual development.The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for aBusiness/Function Analysts, who wants to learn and transform their career, in aCLTcontract.In this role you will:The IT Business/Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions.The primary function is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives.This role requires working closely with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver effective technology solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.Main Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis and Specification:Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.Create wireframes and mockups to visualize the proposed solutions.Solution Design and Testing:Collaborating with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).Stakeholder Management and Leadership:Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.Risk Management and Budgeting:Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner.Documentation and Support:Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.Continuous Improvement:Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents.Participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):Experience:Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business or functional analystin an IT environment.Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Languages:Advanced English and/or French.Tools and Abilities:Proficiency in business analytics tools such asMicrosoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.Experience with project management software such asJira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.Knowledge inSQLand experience with databases such asOracle, SQL Server and MySQL.Familiarity withSDLC methodologies, includingAgile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Experience withERP systemssuch asSAPandCRM systemssuch asSalesforce.Soft Skills:Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaboration:Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead project activities.Leadership:Proven experience in project and team management, with the ability to mentor junior team members.Differentials (Nice to Have):Education:Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.Certifications: Certificationssuch asCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP),PMP (Project Management Professional),orCertified ScrumMaster.Knowledge:Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.Advanced programming skills in languages such asPython, Java or C#.>>What do we offer?TCS Benefits in Brazil:?
