KTO is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Media Investments to lead our media strategy and investments in Brazil. This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the Marketing Leadership and will play a critical part in shaping and executing our campaign roadmap in alignment with product, BI, and research teams. This role is not about waiting for instructions — it's about leading from the front . You will be expected to proactively join product and operations meetings, understand business priorities, and translate them into smart, ROI-driven media investment strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion channels. Key Responsibilities :Strategic Media Planning : Develop and own the media investment strategy across all funnel stages — awareness, consideration, and conversion — with a strong focus on measurable performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with BI, research, and product teams to understand upcoming campaigns, product launches, and state-level priorities. Campaign & Channel Insights : Use historical data and market trends to identify high-impact media channels and propose investment strategies that deliver strong ROI. Roadmap Influence : Participate in roadmap discussions and help shape media plans from inception, aligning with the company's state-level expansion and growth goals in southern Brazil. Expectation Management : Act as a key liaison between product and studio teams, ensuring campaign deliverables and media plans are aligned in scope, timeline, and impact. Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on media investment performance, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale. What We're Looking For :5 to 10+ years of experience in media planning / buying or performance marketing, ideally with a strong background in both digital and offline media. Strong presence and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level and steer cross-functional discussions. Deep understanding of the Brazilian market, especially media behaviors and regional nuances, particularly in the South. Fluent in English and Portuguese — must be able to participate in global meetings and write strategy documents in English. Proven track record of driving ROI-positive media investments. Data-savvy, with an ability to turn insights into action and investment cases.
